4-5 fresh plump amla
2 tbsp honey
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 cups of chilled water
Chop the gooseberries into small pieces and discard the nutty seeds.
In a mixer, make a smooth paste of the amla pieces.
Infuse the paste in cold water and strain to remove any solid particles.
Add honey and pepper to it.
Give it a nice stir and serve chilled.
